This petite gem of a restaurant is number three for chef Ethan Stowell and business partner, Patric Gabre-Kidan. How To Cook A Wolf offers a creative sampling of Italian inspired small plates and house made pastas, as well as a 100% Italian wine list maintained by partner Angela Stowell. With your CityStimulus card, you can enjoy one of those small plates- a complimentary Prosciutto appetizer with minimum food purchase of $25.

How to Cook a Wolf has received tremendous recognition including a “Best New Restaurant” nod from Seattle magazine and being named one of the “50 Best New Restaurants in America” by Travel + Leisure.
