Our Team
Shannon Kelly had a dream to stimulate her favorite local establishments in November 2008 amid the doom and gloom of economic disaster. Within days & with the help of her friends, City Stimulus™ launched its first event in December 2008.
In addition to developing City Stimulus, Shannon owns In Your Head creative development consultancy. In Your Head provides cohesive brand strategies that help organizations build closer and more profitable relationships with their customers via marketing, merchandising and trend research for retail, food/beverage and lifestyle industries.
