Easter supper at Lark

Lark will host a Sunday Easter Supper, April 12th from 3-7 pm featuring 3 courses served family style. The cost is $60 per person, and reservations can be made at 206.323.5275.

1st Course
Salumi and Fra Mani salamis
Rabbit rillettes on toast with mostarda di uva
Foie gras stuffed Armagnac prunes
Marcona almonds and marinated olives

2nd Course
Burrata with fava beans, mint and olive oil croutons
Blue Bird Grain Farm farro with nettles, asparagus and mascarpone
Whole roasted Branzino with lemon, fennel and green olives
Naturally raised veal crepinette with Spring onions and morel mushroom cream
