Piano Nobile is a unique collection of artists, designers and builders collaborating in a gallery, workshop and studio in Ballard. Collectively, the local BYT’s (bright young things) produce a range of artisan jewelry, textiles, accessories, home goods, and lighting. Each design is innovative, practical, intelligent and beautiful- providing thoughtful solutions through collaboration.
This Friday & Saturday, to celebrate City Stimulus, the local designers’ will open their open-air gallery for a Summer Studio Sale with 40% off hand-printed Piano Nobile textiles. Many of the limited edition goods will only be available for this special one-time-only price.

Owned and operated by Sally Brock, who has been designing jewelry since she was 13, the petite store carries the complete Fancy line (handmade in the USA by one lady with two hands), and fabulous local jewelry by independent artists.
Brock is the only woman I know who could write “Custom orders are available -any piece you see can be re-made just the way you like it, unless you’ve got bad taste, or maybe if you want your ring made of bacon and titanium.” and bring a smile to your face. Maybe it’s Leroy the labradoodle but we suspect it’s Sally’s charm.
